ORDER PROCESSING Every piece is made to order and there is a lead time of approximately 1-3 weeks before the order is packaged and shipped. To request rush delivery, you can contact us at hello@clermontnyc.com and we will do our best to work with you. 

 

SHIPPING We utilize USPS, UPS and FedEx to ship all domestic and international orders. Shipping fees are calculated automatically by weight. You will be able to choose and view your shipping method and handling fees at checkout before you complete your order. Note: UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes and shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any duties or customs taxes for orders shipping overseas. NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY All exchanges dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to hello@clermontnyc.com within 14 days of arrival for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Once we receive your request, we will issue you an RA#. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and merchandise return form completed which will be included with your RA# and return instructions email.  Any store credit we issue will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.

Clermont by Fort Standard LLC is not responsible for shipping charges for returns. Please note: all orders processed with a discount code or sale price are final sale and may not be returned.

Special orders are final sale.  

 

CANCELLATION You may cancel your order within 1 business days of placing it. Since all pieces are made to order, once they go into production, they can no longer be canceled.
